What are the payment options?
Payment accepted via most leading credit and debit cards and PayPal checkout. Trade customers get a massive discount and free delivery on orders over £500 with up to 30 days payment terms - contact us for more information.
What is your return policy?
We offer full refund and return on faulty or damaged in transit items within 28 days of purchase. We can accept exchange or return for all items except bespoke or personalised items within 14 days of purchase.
Do you offer trade prices?
Of course!, we supply retail outlets throughout the UK on a pro-forma basis with a trade discounts available. Please contact us direct to discuss trade product ranges and discounts. We also work with a small number of retailers on a commission basis or shelf rental.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We are now able to sell items worldwide. Shipping costs and local taxes may vary so please contact us directly for orders to your location.
Packaging and sourcing information?
We try to make and print as much of our products in our studio as possible. Where we aren't able to manage we use a small network of high quality suppliers in the UK to produce for us. We are phasing out plastic in all of our product range and packaging, and use recycled paper and cardboard wherever possible.
Can I have a bespoke product?
Yes, Christine loves to do commission paintings and is happy to take any requests for bespoke items with your image or designed to fit your requirement. We've also designed and produced bespoke printed mugs, cards, bags, and more for some leading businesses including gin and beverage companies and shop chains and more.
