What are the payment options?
Payment accepted via most leading credit and debit cards and PayPal checkout. Trade customers get a massive discount and free delivery on orders over £500 with up to 30 days payment terms - contact us for more information.
What is your return policy?
We offer full refund and return on faulty or damaged in transit items within 28 days of purchase. We can accept exchange or return for all items except bespoke or personalised items within 14 days of purchase.
Do you offer trade prices?
Of course!, we supply retail outlets throughout the UK on a pro-forma basis with a trade discounts available. Please contact us direct to discuss trade product ranges and discounts. We also work with a small number of retailers on a commission basis or shelf rental.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. The increasing postage costs, proposed fees and taxes for sales the the USA and regulations such as the new GSPR for sales to Europe make this increasingly prohibitive and expensive for small businesses such as ours. We do partner with Faire and Ankorstore for Trade sales and licence images with platforms including Redbubble and Fineartamerica who manufacture products using our images within the country of purchase which means you can buy my works on gift items for a significantly lower cost and shipping fee outside of the UK. We will continue to revise this as things change and keep this page updated.
Packaging and sourcing information?
We try to make and print as much of our products in our studio as possible. Where we aren't able to manage we use a small network of high quality suppliers across the UK to produce for us. We are phasing out plastic and non-recyclable products in all of our product range and packaging, and use recycled paper and cardboard, including re-used boxes wherever possible. We manufacture in small batches and all products are traceable with safety and use information available and risk assessments carried out.
Can I have a bespoke product?
Yes, Christine undertakes commission paintings and is happy to take any requests for bespoke items with your image or designed to fit your requirement. We've also designed and produced bespoke printed mugs, cards, bags, and more for some leading businesses including beverage companies, retail chains and more.
